Constant rejection, surprising bad news, and other things can get you down in life.  Also if this is happening over and over again in short bursts it can fee like a groundhog day we can’t escape.  This is normally when my clients call me and need a reading ASAP, like a prescription they are hoping to instantly feel better and be able to fix their life immediately.  Well, there’s good news and bad news,  good news is you don’t need a psychic to instantly start feeling better, but the bad news is the reason these things are happening over and over again is because you are ignoring a fundamental message spirit is trying to show you.

Below are some things you can do on your own to get in touch with the messages you are being shown to help aid you while you improve your life.

Get Mad – Yes it sucks when things don’t go your way.  Holding in frustrations and pretending everything is okay is the worst thing you can do.  There is a healthy way to let go of your frustrations as this is an important step. Everyone deals with anger differently, you may need someone to vent your anger to and this can be a trusted friend who knows you just need to get it all out there. Other times doing some journaling can help, I even know a client that gets out crayons and starts to colour in colouring books like she did when she was a kid.  Whatever it is you need to find your way to express frustrations and release them.

Look For Patterns – Now that you have gotten the emotions out, take the time to really look at any patterns that you see for your constant rejection.  Are you always going after the same type of jobs with little to no experience, maybe you need to take a course to improve your knowledge base? Do you find you’re still trying to make a relationship work with the same person who is never emotionally available?  Maybe you need to recognize this relationship for the way it is not how you want it to be.  Many times the answer is right there in front of our face and we don’t want to see it.

Take 1 Step Forward 2 Back – In our fast-paced world going backwards can be seen as wrong or bad, but it really isn’t.  A lot of times if you missed something in your life you need the additional time to take a few steps back to really understand what it is that is missing and then make a new game plan to move forward.  This isn’t a bad thing at all, in fact if you can recognize what you need to correct you can actually rebuild stronger and this can help in the long run.  So be sure to take the time to really evaluate what it is you need to work on within yourself to get you past constant rejection.

Rejection is not fun or the best feeling in the world, but it does hold a valuable purpose in our lives. Without rejection we wouldn’t be able to change and grow for the better. Sometimes the more uncomfortable you are in a situation the more growth you are doing as a person, which means where you end up will be a million miles away and much better than where you are now.
